Best diet for a growing baby

What would be the best diet for a 1 year old kid

If I have kids(I prob wouldn’t ) I wamt for them to have at least the best nutrition there is to maximise their genetics

its just animal foods with alot of dairy lol, probably can add starch and some fruit

on average around 2 or early 3, thank god i was breastfed until 5 years old

Optimal diet at that age is probably Tren and hGH.
