Best diet in puberty

Currently 17, i wonder what’s the best diet to optimize bone growth while still young. I currently eat meat and (not a lot) carbs. Drink 3L raw milk/ kefir per week and eat raw diary daily. Still what about fruits and so on??

3L raw milk ain’t enough , should aim for a Litre a day , what carbs are u eating matters . Also getting sunlight is very important and circadian rhythm maxxing
 
Bro i try to get as much sun as possible (per day around 1-2h sun. I don’t eat bread just potatoes and rice but minimally tho. I can only get 3l raw milk and on other days i drink like 500ml - 1l raw kefir
