No saunas in my area but I'll try out green tea. How often should I drink it?

I do 2x per day in morning breakfast and with lunch. Not dinner cos it makes you want to piss

Sauna just make you dehydrated, which in my case bloats me even more.

nothing gets put in it right, just the plain tea? how fast and long does it work and how effective?

Yeah I just get the green tea packet and mix with water

For me takes ~1/2 week. But after like 1 week you hit like a plateau and get no further results tbh
