Best dosage for 10mg ipamorelin and 5mg cjc no dac?

Was gonna buy 5mg of each beffore hopping on hgh to try but accidentally got 10mg of ipamorelin. How much should I be dosing? Is it a good idea to do ipa morning and cjc+ipa at might?
