best dream ive ever had

I was in a church with a whole family: a wife, two kids. Everybody's face was blurred out, but there was a feeling of love in the air that is very hard to describe. I've been trying to lucid dream to return to the dream for months now and havent been successful

I’m on Melatonin I remember them all and they’re all lucid dreams tbh. It’s the same girl every time I hadn’t thought abt her in years but all of a sudden I can’t stop thinking about her

damn I may have to hop back on melatonin if it helps with dreams. Most dreams im able to remember are just extremely vivid nightmares

I have nightmares too and sleep paralysis but it’s kinda worth it jus for the dopamine of the dreams
