Did you look forward to gabapentinoids?ssris alongside SNRis are reuptake inhibitors,they do help but its slow,takes weeks to show effects,they even increase the anxiety at the start of the treatment,while gabapentin ,for example works almost instantly.Definitely worth looking into if you havent already
