Best drugs/supplements for sleep and recovery?

I’m struggling with recovery and sleep as i just started my 8h daily physical summerjob and i should also have the energy to hit the gym. It also takes me really long to fall asleep and my sleep quality is bad. I’ve tried melatonin but it doesn’t help me enough
Any recommendations? Would nasal DSIP peptide help?

melatonin got me to sleep for almost 16hrs thats the only thing ive tried tbh
 
melatonin and magnesium glyc, quit caffeine 7h before sleep and be physically active during the day

melatonin kinda cope honestly unless you have a serious issue
take magnesium glycinate and glycin
but best thing for sleep is constantly going to sleep on time and being confortable in bed
