Short term-benzos, alc, coke, dxm/dph(very rarely imo), ambien, pregab, phenibut, legit all gabaergic depressants, xtc, some opiates

Long term-ssris/jew meds(make u a emotionless chad)

Some are stronger than others, popular meds are xanax and valium just stick to low doses to be safe mate

U can prob score benzos at ur doctor or psych if ur lucky

Xanax, I did 0.5mg and felt really low inhib.
be careful, i almost end up taking 2mg everyday shit too addictive

I’ve heard decent things about almost everything on this list except phenibut. Which do you think is the best, and what are the side effects?

The best is prob phenibut/pregab(both are legit more or less the same tbh)
And alc and then benzos

And maybe then jew meds(ssri's) but fuck those they make me feel like shit

I’ll look into sourcing some pregab. I’ve heard mixed things about phenibut, though. I could just drink alcohol, but honestly, I’d do bath salts before I touch hard liquor
