Regualr t-shirt’s most important is no baggy sleeves. The sleeve should be just like your arm. And the shoulders are now important
This line where the sleeve meets the shirt should be at the end of your shoulder so it makes your frame more divined and look better. As long as the shirt isn’t baggy and this things all fit then it’ll should show your frame good enough

I think it also depends on skin and hair colour. Dark hair colour and white / tanned skin looks good with navy. In generell i think best colors are grey or navy.
