Goon. If you have been dickmaxxing then use both arms. no lube for extra mechanical tension. basically also jelqing aswell. 2 birds one stone.
 
i shattered my left forearm and it has different muscle insertions compared to right :lul:

Cable wrist straight bar curls, put straight bar on put cable all the way down and pull it up with your wrist/forearms only with slight elbow flexion the entire time to keep tension. Also can do reverse curls with the exact same setup. Been doing this for a minute gives a really nice pump
 
Farmer's carries and heavy deadlifts are your best bet. Thick bar training hammers the forearms, but twig wrists won't magically become gorilla arms. Get lean, eat enough and build overall mass — forearm vascularity is mostly genetic, cope and focus on what you can control.

best is to train them DIRECTLY and not secondary on goofy exercise like faggot deadlift
