Kinda a noob been going for a few months 2 or 3 times a week hour sesh not seeing much growth but seeing slow strength increace
 
watch a YouTube vid and find a good split

gym kinda hurts imo
 
focus on compound lifts in your first year or so of lifting, you can focus on the nitty gritty later for now start by actually going to the gym and putting in effort
