For shoulders I do dumbbell shoulder press, dumbbell lat raises, overhead press with barbell or the bar with added weight, and then like reverse pec flys on the pec fly machine for rear delts idk the name of what it’s called in reverse.
But what did you guys do to blow up your shoulders because I like experimenting with new muscle movements and exercises to switch things up, feedback would be appreciated.
