i have 6kg dumbell at home, what are the best neck exercises i can do at home since there is no way i am doing those in the gym.

Wear an hat or something, put the dumbbell carefully on your forehead and try to push it up with support from hands DO NOT push for failure you will become paralysed likely

pretty much what i started doing, using a towel, also doing it from the sides.
