thanksChest = Dumbell flys , dips and incline press
Arms = Biceps ( Straight barbell curls or preacher ) Triceps ( Overhead tricep extensions or cable pushdowns )
Back = cable rows , pull ups , one arm isolation rows
Legs = machines are good enough, dont be stupid and do heavy squats / deadlifts. This doesnt really matter for aesthetics just do the bare minimum for your legs to grow especially if ur on gear
Neck / Traps = Weighted shrugs and weighted neck curls
Forearms = Reverse grip curls
