We need 2 things to Treat genetic dark circles:
Fillers (which fixes 70-80% of the problem)
Eye cream (which fixes the rest of the problem)

Suggest a Eye cream that can lighten under eyes and eyelids, possibly safe and maybe with hydroquinone(or not) (idk). If its safe or not.
Suggest a cream that works for eyelids and dark circles.
Usually found in races with genetically recessed orbitals due to hot climate.

Caffeine helps but you have to apply it every day.
Tretinoin helps long term but has the eye fat loss side effect.

Eye creams a scam. Fillers are the only thing you can do to fix this shit and not everyone can get 1. I went to 2 guys till now and they rejected me since I can’t get a filler in that area.
