BEST SHAVING GUIDE EVER
Backstory:For the past few years yours truly has had seb derm, which has made my face react negatively
to any sort of non perfect shaving method, be it because of the tool itself, shaving method, or anything related to 99% of the chemicals that they use in shaving creams etc.
I have developed this exact method, that if you will follow exactly will change your life
when it comes to shaving.
Important things to know: This will NOT fully clean shave you. Its good enough to shave daily if you need
to do it for your job, good enough for the hair to only be noticed by someone kissing you the day when you shave but NOT butter smooth. There is also no reason to fully clean shave as it will fuck up your skin.
Step 1: Buying what you need.
Tool used: Safety Razor. THE EXACT safety razor you need is the "Feather Safety Razor"
How to know its the exact one im talking about:
-The safety guard is BLACK plastic.
-It is butterfly style.
-Made by Feather japan
- Box is red and white
- Around 10-20$
Buy THIS exact razor.
It will also come with 2 free feather brand blades.
You will also need a shaving soap. + a brush
As for the brush get any cheap shaving brush
Search up "Proraso shaving soap, Proraso italian shaving soap"
Why this one : Literally the only shaving product that wont irritate me, can even use to clean
my face if I need too.
Price is around 5-7$
Will last around 2-3 months depending on how often you shave.
Step 2: Preparing:
> Add the blade to the razor (if you need an explanation for this you shouldn't be
near any sharp object)
> Clean the top part of the razor including the blade with any kind of alcohol, rinsing with water
afterwards.
Step 3: Actual shaving.
1st layer of soap : a little water on the brush, more cream like
2nd layer of soap: a little more watery
3nd layer: add water to the soap too.
This makes sure there is enough soap on your face + that its watery enough for the blade to glide.
The blade should be positioned at around 45% relative to your face.
Simply put it in a way that the safety guard actually works.
Most of the face is easy to shave.
The problem is the area right below the chin that isnt on the neck, and the chin area.
How can you make it easier: Literally tuck your chin in.
This will make the skin on it straight allowing for straight strokes to shave instead of having to
go around in a curve like a retard.
When you sense the soap get dry, simply add a new watery soap layer with the brush.
Easy as that.
