Maybe a 5 day fast once a month?

A 10 day fast 4 times a year?

A 20 day fast 2 times a year?

A 1-2 day fast once a week?

cope whenever im on carnivore my skin becomes so much better without even fasting tho fasting with it may make it more better

Intermittent fasting isn’t real fasting, else everyone would fast cuz they don’t eat while sleeping. I fast 16 hours naturally anyway but it’s cope

A popular sustainable schedule is the 5:2 diet where you only fast on the last two days. You could also look into water fasting for 10 days as a means to clean and repair your body. Excessive eating makes your cells go into a state of growth where the chances if cancer cells becomes higher and a water fast will lower this process into conserving energy and burning fat as well as killing cancer cells. Also make sure to get vit b3 as your body will need NAD+ during fasting
