FIRSTLY WHAT IS FGFR FOR THE RETARDS READING THIS (in VERY SHORT AND BASIC terms):

FGFR is a protein on the cell surface that acts as a switch for growth and repair

BEST 1S:

Vepugratinib (LY3866288)
1784026971156
1784027082701

- Extremely potent and powerful highly targeted FGFR3 blocker. it surpasses even tyra-300 in strength and ranks among the top options in the pharma world for height applications.
-Its big advantage is a strong safety record compared to other FGFR drugs, which often hit the entire body with toxicity.
-Vepugratinib focuses more on bone related effects.
-Enzyme inhibition data shows excellent potency (about 3 nM) and top tier selectivity for FGFR3 and the V555M variant, while largely sparing FGFR1 and FGFR2. Overall, it emerges as one of the strongest and most promising candidates in the category

Infigratinib (BGJ-398)
1784027138573

-
infi offers a decent balance of safety + effectiveness, but falls short against other FGFR inhibitors.
-Results indicate solid outcomes, roughtly 2.5cm each year of extra heigh velocity in achondroplasia patients.
-That said, its not ideal for broader goals like widening growth plates or maximizing stature gains
- results are kinda underwhelming so its ranked at the bottom of the list
- dont buy this :owo:

ERDAFITINIB - pan-FGFR inhibitor
1784027306765
1784027363700

- This delivers the biggest height boosting impact among the group.
- Its easier to obtain than many alternatives
- Even though its a pan-ihibitor, it strongly hits FGFR3, and real world use over two months has produced good radius growth and plate expansio.
- Before and after x-rays show clear differences
- Studies report height velocities up to 10cm per year at 3mg dosing
- But this rapid growth can carry risks like severe kyphoscoliosis or spinal issues if not monitored especially in those with a young bone age
- Also alot easier to get

Daborgratinib (tyra-300) - FGFR3 inhibitor

1784027614782
1784027757432

- tyra-300 is a selective FGFR3 blocker that outperforms infi in mouse studies
- showing noticeable increases in tubular bone length
- no human data yet until march 2031
- But mouse results look promising for bone elongation
- so dont have this as a first choice yet

FINAL VERDICT:
Erda remains most potent FGFR3 inhibitor for height gains
long term side effects can be managed
so yes take erda
