I’m currently looking for the best FGFR3 inhibitor to stop being a manlet. I think that TYRA‑300 (Dabogratinib) is by far the best option, since it only inhibits FGFR3, making it much less toxic than the ones that also inhibit the other FGFR receptors. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to find a trustworthy source for it on the grey market.
So now I’m deciding between Erdafitinib and Infigratinib. The pros of Erdafitinib are that it’s stronger and more potent, but at the same time it’s also highly toxic because it inhibits all FGFR receptors and not just FGFR3. Infigratinib, on the other hand, only inhibits FGFR1, FGFR2, and FGFR3, so it’s less toxic but also not as strong as Erdafitinib, and it isn’t FDA‑approved.
Which inhibitor do you guys think is worth buying to maximise adult height?
