Tbh best focus thing i found is just take a break from the internet which I had to in rehab. flipping through ur phone every 20 minutes (found myself grabbing for my phone every 20 mins in rehab even though i didnt have it because they take it off u) kills ur focus aswell as using the internet on a computer with multiple tabs open.

Stimulants are good for focus but its easy to end up getting focused on the wrong thing.
