EQ gains happen at any age but i do think that gains would slow down after 13-15. at 20 gains wont be as large and 25 and up none (outside of EQ gains)

face yes, d not sure probably not much

taking test + hgh for face means you already have a good pretty boy base and just want extra bones. if you are deformed it wont fix you

pct is "annoying" cause your testosterone levels may never come back fully and while its coming back you go from feeling like a god (on cycle) then terrible up until it comes back in a month or two

HORMONES

“… on steroids” is a common phrase used to describe something that is almost too good to be true, intensely superior in all ways. Steroids/Hormones get this view for good reason. Injecting hormones in to yourself is a complete hack. Most drugs will give and take. Permanent happiness for depression the next day but steroids keep giving until you get off

Testosterone

The golden child of all hormones, bio identical testosterone. Increased muscle, lower inhib, less fat, stable levels even under bad conditions, better mood and confidence, increased sexual performance. The list just keeps going.

For teencels the benefits are even greater. Dick growth, masculinisation of the face AND frame growth (clavicles, wrists etc)

The only draw back of using testosterone is getting off. If you’re willing to do trt it’d is great but if not, you will have to deal with pct

Disclaimer: be lean before you start this drug

A dose of 200-300mg per week is a good starting point depending on your body weight. Titrate up to 500mg for a proper cycle but going above it becomes risky for estrogen. While titrating up if you notice estrogen sides then either reduce your dose or add in aromasin at 6.5mg eod

For teen cels if you want to keep your growth plates open, you better start with 6.5mg ed or you’re cutting your growth short.

DHT derivatives

Pure dht in the form of a dht gel can be applied to the penis during puberty for growth.

Masterone, Primobolan, Anavar, Winstrol are the DHT derivatives that will be mentioned.

Dht derivatives should only be an add on to testosterone because without a base, you will have low testosterone while on cycle.

These will increase muscle growth, dry you out like crazy, have even more benefit on frame and dick growth.

They should be used for peaking the physique. Getting very lean and looking crazy with your shirt off during summer

3 out of the 4 mentioned DHT derivatives can replace aromasin because they anatagonise the estrogen receptor resulting in the estrogen in your body being unable to impact your growth plates and the rest of your body. Anavar isn’t strong enough for this.

How to choose between these drugs?

Primo and Anavar is the safest and most studied option. You can run this for a long time along with testosterone. Run primo 1:1 with test and adjust based on low or high estrogen side effects.

Run Anavar between 10-50mg. You can’t run test too high because you will have high e. Anavar also increases pumps and collagen. It’s basically the ultimate combo drug along with test.

Mast is a bit more dodgy but it will dry you out even better for a peaked physique

Oral winstrol is towards the deep end. Incredible dryness to the point where joints will HURT. I took a 10mg dosage which is on the low end and my joints were cracking for days.

Take winny for 6 weeks at a dose of 10mg-50mg orally depending on your estrogen.

HGH

I won’t be touching on any other peptides. If you want height growth take hgh. The requirements are money, a fridge and being able to inject yourself every day

4-10 IU depending on how much you can afford before bed

Take along side aromasin to keep growth plates open.

If your growth plates are closed this will do nothijg

The effects of hgh outside of height is INCREDIBLE sleep, hunger, frame growth, facial bone growth

2 - HORMONE STIMULATORS

I won’t be too specific here. The only use of this category is PCT and OCT.

OCT. take hcg 4 weeks after your first pin of test. Stop using it the second you stop test. 500 IU every other day. You need this to not fuck your self up

PCT should be done 2 weeks after your last pin

enclomophine and nolvadex for 4 weeks. Figure this part out for yourself I’m too lazy to give a full breakdown on it.

3 - STIMULANTS

payed energy, will come back to haunt you unless you have a good routine.

I’ll be going over

Adderal, Ritalin, Modafinil, Nictotine, Cocain

Adderal

Adderal is good at improving focus, attention, and alertness. Effects include energy, concentration, and reduced appetite.

I’d say this is the best study drug out there and relatively safe for daily usage during the ages between 20-25. Makes life more fun but if you enjoy it just don’t enjoy it too much and over rely on it

Ritalin

Feels like a much milder version of Adderal. The long acting form had basically 0 effect on me however the short acting form gave me lots of happiness and made life feel pretty good with 0 side effects.

I’d say this is too weak for some people to really get much out of

Modafinil

Weaker than Ritalin, stronger than Adderal. It allows you to be wakeful and boosts focus, helping you stay sharp, alert, and mentally clear for long periods. Unlike caffeine, it doesn’t cause jitteriness or a hard crash. It provides smooth energy and enhances your thinking, good for students.

Nicotine

Great drug. Incredible appetite suppressant, improves cognition, side effects are overblown and there are many health benefits

Just make sure you’re getting your Nic as clean as possible. No additives and xenoestrogens just as close to pure tobacco as possible.

- hand rolled ciggs
- cigars
- snuss
- Nic pouches

These are all great options. Use a nic pouch/snuss once before an important task and smoke casually in social environments for lower inhib and it’s better than drinking anyways. Gives you and excuse to skip out on getting hammered

I’d recommend you try these first and see which one you prefer and play around with the dosage before you move and to heavy shit.

Cocain

2-3 times a month mogs before fun event. nothing much to say.. its a goat drug

4 - INHIBITION BLOCKER

Pregabalin + Baclofen

Vs

Alcohol

These are the main two contenders will you take the safer root or the degen root

I would say go for the safer option. A couple glasses of wine, a shot or two or a couple beer a month seems innocent but if it’s a weekly thing you’re fucking your whole life up

This combo will make you feel drunk without walking weird. It’s much better trust me.

Stimulants are also great inhib blockers

5 - SSRI

wouldn’t recommend these to anyone. They are shitty

6 - Appetite Suppressant

no propranolol doesn't do anything to ur androgen receptors
and take it whenever u want ur blood pressure to be lower and start with like 20mg
it doesn't have any effect on ur AR and there's not really any reason not to take it
it's just a beta blocker so it blocks the effects of adrenaline which makes blood vessels widen and blood flows more easily which lowers the blood pressure and heart rate
the only side effect I can think of is hair thinning which is extremely rare and happens bc of abuse and using it in conjunction of other medication which has a negative interaction but if ur on minoxidil u should be fine regardless and propranolol stops the negative cardiac effects of minoxidil anyway
but it's hella rare most people take like 300mg a day and don't get any side effects so just try it and if u notice anything switch to a different beta blocker
also the way most people use it is in adjunction with exposure therapy like since propranolol makes u not anxious at least visibly and gets rid of adrenaline people use it and then talk to randoms on the street and then it's easier to do it without anything else
