Sorry it's true. Italian food uses condiments and other spices in a way without overdoing is, making it flavorful, and without causing an overpowering stench like some ethnic foods

2.) Other Mediterranean foods like gyros, and Kebab

3.) Desi muslim food. I put this as last because even though it's good, the overwhelming of use of oils and spices makes it overpowering in smell and makes it stick to your clothes and you as well and it becomes repulsive overtime.
