because i can tell u to increase ur banana intake because google told me that bananas are high in choline, and choline is good for ur brain!

but what if u have a variation of ur PEMT gene which reduces ur capacity to synthesize phosphatidylcholine from choline?

this is why I cringe when I see muh what supplements should I take, what to eat, etc... because ITS ALL SUBJECTIVE.

if u want true maximization of ur genetic potential, u must have a full scale human genome analysis that will dial down exactly what to eat and how to live ur life, what supplements u need, etc.

too bad (they) killed leo longevity. he knew too much. was going to get my genome analyzed by him, shame.
