Best for eyebrow growth?

Castor oil, or minoxidil.
I've been using minox for like 4-5 months and its only been drying my hair out. is castor oil a good replacement

If Minoxidil isn't doing it then it's a wrap.

I wouldn't use oral Minoxidil for just eyebrows gains.

its because it drys the skin out holding my eyebrows, I have very dry skin naturally

Lots of people are non responders to minoxdil and its really toxic to pets. You could try dermarolling + rosemary or castor oil

I heard derma rolling is bad forr the skin itself?
I was planning castor for 4-5 months then eyebrow dye, but if you think I need derma then I'll purchase too.

Dermarolling is usually a good thing for the skin if done correctly, as it can boost collagen production and let Minoxidil or other oils to penetrate deeper into the skin. A lenght of 0.25 - 0.5mm is whats usually used for the face and most people use it 1-2 times a week, remember to disinfect the roller after every session.
There are also derma pens or stamps which should be better because the dont puncture the skin at an angle like a roller would, all options are fine i think. A normal dermaroller should also be replaced after 6 months of use
