Best form of potassium to take in higher doses?

Already know about 1:4 sodium/potassium ratio.
Potassium chloride might be slighly best for debloating but not best long-term for gut microbiome and many cases of ulcers long-term.
Citrate form also gives you very little elemental potassium as it can only be taken in moderate doses because of laxative effect.
So what's the consensus on best form of potassium for high doses? On overall health, long-term?

if you dont want to use chloride which i dont see to much benefit def gluconate id say 300mg is a good dose and stills safe
