Need some help goyos.
Looking for legit formal elevator shoes, not shiny patent leather tuxedo shit. More like wedding/business/event shoes, classic oxfords/derbies that actually pass as NT.
Rn I'm between GuidoMaggi, Jennen, Chamaripa, maybe Mario Bertulli, but it's hard af to find unbiased reviews since every company hides the side profile or has obvious shills.
Anyone actually own these? Which mogs the others in terms of:
looks the most NT
actual height gained
comfort
quality
durability
Also, what's the highest you can realistically fraud before it starts looking uncanny? Is 2" the sweet spot or can you get away with 2.5-3"?
Not looking for sneakers or boots btw, only formal shoes you'd actually wear to a wedding or business event.
