Judging by your eye area the canthal tilt isnt negative (tilt still doesnt look ideal though)

And you have good pfl with blue eyes, but it looks like you have droopy lower eyelids

What id recommend in terms of surgery is getting a lower blepharoplasty and a cantho

And in terms of softmaxxing, stop covering your eyebrows with your hair. And dye your eyebrows and eyelashes a darker shade so you have more contrast with the blue eyes
