My school got a new uniform for summer and it's a polo shirt so i got a size too small so my arms look bigger but how can I fraud frame now without a blazer with shoulder pads and a tight polo?

shoulder pads are good then idk if theres any other frauds for under the shirt that isnt just getting a good physique and adding some shoulder pads to it
