I use hitfilm express but you can just pirate a version of adobe premiere pro lol.

For free editors, just use windows movie maker, I personally use wondershare filmora which is free to mess around with but if you want to make videos without a watermark with filmora, you need to pay for the service.

I hear the best editors are Sony Vegas and Adobe Premiere but those require you to pay for it before you even by it.
