I am looking for a genioplasty/chin-wing surgeon based in Europe that isn't shy with horizontal lengthening, but also has a great history of natural looking results without botching people.

He did, and apparently it's from genio only, my starting point is similar to his, so ill be fine with genio only I believe.

Yeah, do you know any surgeons with great genio results? A lot of results on Google are boring / almost no change in the face's shape.

No unfortunately not, my base is also quite similar, how old are you? How many mm's do you need?

I'm 17, I have a minor 2mm Class II malocclusion, its not really enough to get a BSSO, but I would benefit greatly from the projection of a genioplasty.

This before/after is actually insane, I am still not 100% convinced that it's ONLY sliding genio, but whoever performed this needs to be given a medal. I need this NOW.

I just can’t understand why his ramus became so much more pronounced.

I see many genios and they have never had such a good result like this, maybe just because he’s young it looks better.

He did Rhinoplasty and genio, doing a genio Will make your jaw more defined and making your ramus appear slightly bigger

i've seen quality results from ramieri, and also heard good things about pagnoni (from this forum). both surgeons are in rome

however, i still recommend to double check if genio is really all you need; sometimes people get genio as a way to mask their recession, and avoid getting bimax

if recession is minor and you dont have functional problems then genio + implants is better

recovery is brutal for bimax and also u wont always be satisfied with the results + its costly

a genio + implants are around 10k by a good surgeon
