Looking to get a topical GHK, which would u recommend? Give me the best absorption one.

Find a good powder, I use this one I'm pretty sure it's UK only though

Process​

Step 1 — Weigh accurately: Weigh out 3.51g betaine and 1g tartaric acid into a clean dry glass beaker. Accuracy matters here — the molar ratio directly determines the pH of the final IL, and pH determines whether it's safe for GHK-Cu.

Step 2 — Mix at room temperature: Combine the two powders and stir thoroughly. They will begin interacting immediately — you may notice the mixture becoming slightly tacky or damp-looking as the ionic liquid starts forming. This is normal.

Step 3 — Water bath at 40°C overnight: Place the beaker in a water bath held at 40°C for 8–12 hours. A slow cooker on its lowest setting with a thermometer works. This drives the ion exchange reaction to completion. The result should be a clear, slightly viscous liquid.

Step 4 — Verify pH: Check pH of the resulting IL. The paper reports 3:1 BetTar sits around pH 5–6, which is the safe range for GHK-Cu stability. If significantly below 5, the tartaric acid is too dominant and will degrade GHK-Cu — discard and recheck your ratios.

Step 5 — Remove residual moisture (simplified): Without vacuum, place the IL in an oven at 50–60°C for 2–3 hours with the container loosely covered. This won't fully replicate 12h vacuum drying but removes the bulk of water. The result will be more viscous as moisture leaves.

Step 6 — Cool completely, then proceed to GHK-Cu loading.

Then just weigh the powder/serum in the concentration you want and add + stir in - I recommend a fixed 10ml of topical vehicle then have powder weight as your variable.

Store in amber bottle in fridge - same with HA/BetTar if you have any extra.
