Best gym routine for a twig?(Read below)

I have tried to find a lot of threads aimed at someone in my situation but I can’t find many
15.5yrs 5,9 and 120lbs around a 12% bodyfat
Essentially I am very skinny but not in a good way
 
aslong as you hit all muscles 2-3x a week

i would do upper lower (i skip lower cuz i want to) so for me its like upper 3 times a week and lower maybe once a month, but yea i would do any kind of curl (preacher bayesian dumbell wtv) do a lateral raise, i do it with cuffs, do a chest press, pec fly, reverse pec fly, wide grip lat pull down, prop also a shoulder press and incline chest press, kelso shrugs and a tricep pushdown (i do this with cuffs aswell) and then a reverse curl and a lat row and you should be good

Aim for for 4000calories 120g protein and sleep well
Do lots of pull ups and pushups
