Best gym split in your opinion and why?

Upper/ Lower focusing on S/B/D

Cos a shit ton of super strong people use it or a modified version of it

For natural lifter - Upper/Lower
Enhanced - PPL/Arlonds

Enchanted lifters need much more volume then naturals. Up to 20 sets per week. And hitting upper days while doing 8 sets per muscle group it’s insanity.
Naturals doesn’t need more than 3-4 sets per sesh( with 2x frequency).

Better restitution = more volume on gear is a myth.

How is it a myth? Gear makes your recovery stronger?
Same with MPS, gear users need more protein because synthesis is always elevated.

UL or FB EOD due to the frequency you get for each muscle group and you usually have more rest days than something like PPL 2 times a week or a PPL x Arnold so your minimizing fatigue and still getting the same amount of frequency with more rest.

yeah bro the upper/lower split is pretty solid for natties just keepin it simple and gettin shit done
