i’ve been working out for like 3 years, not super consistently, but i’ve got a decent physique. i’m a bit fluffy right now and i’m planning on cutting 20–30 lbs and getting really lean.


i just want my physique to look better overall. i’m not trying to hop on anything super serious or dangerous. i want something light that won’t fuck my health up or destroy me when i come off it.


would test alone do that? are sarms still gay? i just wanna actually enjoy the gym again. i fucking hate working out but i still want my physique to look good. i’ve got pretty good genetics except for my abs — for some reason i don’t have abs even when i’m lean, shit sucks.

reta does the job, but u need to be on a cut and CONSISTENT. DO cardio but u dont need to overly do it. Since reta is doing basically the most for u. Increasing testosterone can support fat loss, especiallywith low levels, by boosting muscle mass and metabolism. However, Test wont burn ur fat as much as u think, reta does.
