I’m going to start 500mg blast soon. Want to avoid AI if possible but would like to have a SARM on hand just in case I need it. Thoughts? Maybe some letrozole?

Very minor, not really noticeable and had it since puberty. What actually is a problem is my puffy nipples. I look great out of a cold shower but my puffy nips ruin my chest

If you lost enough weight it would all melt off. You'd need to cut to essential fat only levels though. Around 5% your skin starts burning away too.
