best hair oils for hair health and growth

I’m going to shave my head completely bald and start fresh due to the damage. Which oils should I use to prioritize hair health? I also want to regrow it as quickly as possible, so what can I do to keep it healthy and make it grow faster? (I have 3B hair)

Rosemary oil is the best for hair growth specifically and coconut oil is the best for hydration. You’ll probably only see minor improvements at best with hair oils tho

Usually best way to apply them is before you shower and let them soak in for a bit before washing them out. Rosemary oil needs applying to the scalp specifically where as coconut oil to the strands so it would be best to apply them separate imo
