Best hair products for wavy fringe?

i use a curling cream right now

But I miss having hair wax like when I was a teen. Can you use clay wax or something when you have a wavy fringe? Or would it make hair too thick?

i personally use hair clay on damp hair to style my fringe. U can try that.
