Best Hair transplant in UK or EU?

A friend of mine is looking for the best hair transplant surgeon in Europe or the UK to get the procedure done. Do you guys have any recommendations? He lives in the UK.

Price is not really an issue for him, he is more concerned about the quality than the price.

I'm going to Nielsen haarkliniek in the Hague this summer. 3k eu for 3k grafts. Insanely cheap for the west, the surgeon is ali bolluk who has 10+ years of experience and I've seen some great results from him. The clinic is new that's why it's so cheap, but they already have a waiting list of about 7 months.
