From my own investigation, it’s very hard

add in SMALL skull, so you don’t want any big hair because your face is insta dwarfed

I think hair the back is essential, but somehow you need short hair not to make your skull look tiny by comparison

so something like a even cut hairstyle with short front and equally short back
