Would the best plan be to maximize bones through implants plus aqualyx and leaning out

Or should most of my focus go to trying to add skull height

brachys with tall skull like ramirez can look good. CW downgraft bimax will stretch your skin and make you look less fat. covering temple area with hair also helps, or you can reduce the muscle with surgery. long eyebrows/long lashes are useful too
