Best hardmaxes to fix ltn eye area?

Best surgeries I can do to fix this under 3k. It doesn’t also have to be strictly surgeries it can ofc be fillers, fat grafting etc whatever can fix this

i think fat grafting would help aswell :bigbrain:
Its a good option but a bit unpredictable when it comes to swelling / lumps forming, so if ur doing upper & lower i'd go for bleph instead, I might be wrong though

all 3 would be good but that might be out of his budget idk how much all of that costs but prob more than 3k

Fat grafting and/or orbital implants would give actual results

Mostly for undereyes now that I look back since his support isnt really good, fat grafting for upper
