Best surgeries I can do to fix this under 3k. It doesn’t also have to be strictly surgeries it can ofc be fillers, fat grafting etc whatever can fix this

Its a good option but a bit unpredictable when it comes to swelling / lumps forming, so if ur doing upper & lower i'd go for bleph instead, I might be wrong though

all 3 would be good but that might be out of his budget idk how much all of that costs but prob more than 3k

Periorbital fat grafting and lower eyelid retraction

Grow lashes, use mascara to make your eyebrows thicker yo make them more closer set
