What does pfl stand for again? I’d say an orbital box osteotomy for badly spaced eyes tho although what would be better for you are zygo implants. Also an orbital box osteotomy is a risky surgery

Pfl is eye width which mine is ass which makes my eye spacing horid

you cant increase your eyeball size sir so with any surgery youll just end up with your old eye just having a visible read meat in the outer part

You could try cutting your medial canthus which a lot of serious org users have alr done so it’s relatively safe. Would certainly fix the pfl and it’s free + not even a hardmax. Implants would ascend you or if your really serious get a lf1 with jaw implants or a bsso because your mouth is your worst failo. Partly cos you have a narrow chin like me but also ur lips are badly proportioned.

In summary basically shave the pedo tache look into cutting medial canthus and when you’ve tried that consider hardmaxxing ur lower third

Yep, tho only issue is it could make ur lower lip even larger so if you do that then definitely get a lip lift too which is hella cheap and I don’t even consider a hardmax
