I remember reading somewhere that
wider pelvic structure often means a more stable base for squats, deadlifts, and pressing movements. It also typically comes with a lower center of gravity and better glute leverage, which helps with strength output so wide hips are a mechanical advantage

Yup evolutionary its good but from an aesthetics pov, you wont look as good as with small hips
