Best height frauds?

Im currently 5'11(still growing) but i go to a good/rich school(a lot of white ppl) so i'm lowk not that tall and was wondering what is the best size of shoe lifts(probably start using them after winter break and say i grew 3 inches in 2 weeks) and are lifts better than shoes with a high base like af1? and are there any other height frauds I should consider
