Best height increasing insoles that last and are comfortable?

Hey yall I’m 5’10 but I do wanna reach 6 foot
Im only looking for 1 inch height insole cause my shoe already gives me a inch

Which ones do you guys use that are comfortable to walk in and also last long and stay true to height?
Heard from some people they eventually lose it or compress

just get off temu or shein and buy new ones theyre crazy cheap anyway mine have been working for many months
any other expensive ones are probably made with same cheap shit materials they just want you to think theyre better quality
