I'm 5'9" at 17 so not the worst but does anyone know the best height frauds? Obviously I know about inserts but are there any others?

I suggest using footlifts or heellifts
Also there are shoes with high heels like;
timberland shoes ( it boosts around 1.25 to 1.75 inches "about 3–4.5 cm" )
