i would say 5'10 - 6'1. 6'2 is fine but i do not understand niggas desperately wishing they were super tall

there are 0 benefits to being something like 6'3+ only lanky frame and horse face

6'5 and big frame is rare, the taller you sre the highrr rhe chances of being lanklet.
But most 6'0-6'2 guys have average/above frame and are above average height.
But yeah if you have good frame at a height tsller then 6'2 then thats even better
