pros:
1. they wake u up in the morning. a cup of coffee doesnt even come close
2. they desensitise yourself to fear, which relays on to all aspects of your life. approaching anxiety from a girl will feel 1/100th of the fear of some hobbies

cons:
1. it takes alot of time to become good at them
2. you are gonna get hurt at one point or another, although this could be a pro because u will desensitise yourself from pain somewhat + scar halo

in my experience of over 6 years i still get scared as fuck because i know everytime i go out theres a risk i get hurt bad but thats whats exciting about it
