Best HPTA recovery stack?

What would be the best HPTA recovery stack to bring back LH, FSH -->fertility and real test production?

rFSH higher affinity for FSH receptor than HMG.

I haven't really seen rFSH available to be sourced apart from like india, unsure if W** or other chinese sources sell it.

Also why do people only run HCG for recovery and on cycle? Wouldn’t the sertoli cells get literally 0 recovery then leading to no benefit in fertility only gonadal size?

And how does HCG even recovery the HPTA because it Supresses the body-own LH, so how does that work?
